As part of a dynamic human resources team you'll influence business strategy, drive cultural initiatives, and empower leaders to unlock the potential of their teams.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to diagnose people challenges, design and implement practical solutions, and lead key strategic projects. You will also manage a small high-performing team, bringing a collaborative and coaching-led approach to elevate both performance and engagement.
Your work will include:
* Partnering with leaders to identify people priorities and deliver impactful strategies.
* Delivering on the annual performance, talent and remuneration cycle.
* Managing change and transformation initiatives that shape firm culture.
* Using data and insights to inform people decisions and continuous improvement.
* Advising on employee relations, wellbeing and engagement matters.
* Collaborating with peers to achieve shared objectives.
* Leading and coaching a team of P&D professionals aligned to business goals.
This is a full-time, 12-month maximum term contract offering flexibility and a balanced hybrid work model.
You'll bring experience in a senior business partnering role, ideally gained in a professional services or corporate environment. With strong influencing skills, commercial acumen and a consultative approach, you thrive on building trusted relationships and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
* Proven experience leading and coaching a P&D or HR team.
* Strong expertise in employee relations and workplace risk management.
* Strong expertise as a HR generalist with experience in organisational change, leadership development and talent strategy.
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.
* A proactive mindset, resilience, and enthusiasm for driving continuous improvement.
