You will play a vital role in our consultancy service that delivers expert designs and evidence across NSW. Your key responsibility is to document existing buildings, interpret intrusive investigation findings, and prepare practical details aligned with Australian Standards and the NCC.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepare construction plans, marked-up details, façade repair details, slab-edge rectification details, flashing arrangements, balcony remediation layouts, balustrade replacement documentation, and drawing sets where required.
* Collaborate directly with engineers and project managers to document works delivered in constrained environments.
* Review site photos, CCTV footage, invasive investigation notes, and test results to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
* Manage your deadlines and take ownership of the quality of your outputs.
