A full-time Project Manager is required for a variety of tasks including the planning, oversight, management and execution of multiple construction and civil construction projects. The PM will manage key aspects of the project from checking and providing input into plans and specifications, scheduling, contract management and procurement and managing construction budgets. The role will play an important role in leading and developing high performing construction and civil construction teams. Interstate applicants encouraged to apply. The Role: Coordinating and managing all aspects of building projects including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration and post construction activities and assisting in taking responsibility for the quality and suitability of the building product delivered to the client. Coordinating the activities of external consultants, building contractors, managers, and other business units in the achievement of project objectives. Ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations and standards by proactively managing the work performance and personal conduct of your staff. Liaise with clients and attend site meetings. Ensure variations are actioned accordingly and following processes. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Predict resources needed to achieve objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Who we are looking for: A Project Manager with proven years of experience. Experience in a civil construction environment is highly desirable. A strong communicator, with the ability to work in a collaborative manner. Someone who is organized and process driven. Bachelor's degree in construction management or Project Management (or equivalent). Someone who can multitask and manage schedules. You must have a White Card and Valid drivers license.
