Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of Service Specialists for machine installations, technical services support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply and demand planning
">
* Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining service excellence
">
* Manage third-party technical service supplier relationships, including contract management, ensuring service level agreements are being met
">
* Collaborate with the out of home sales team on equipment strategy and portfolio selection
">
* Manage equipment and spare parts inventory
">
">
Requirements:
">
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 7 years' experience in a similar position, with a focus on providing high-level customer service.
">
Experience working with coffee equipment and closely with an out of home sales team will be highly regarded.
">
You should be analytical, able to build and deliver strategy, and have experience managing a budget.
