The Role As the Leasing & Inspections Manager, you will be involved in the servicing of this well-managed portfolio of approx. 140 properties locally. You will be responsible for: Manage a portfolio of 140 properties Effectively liaise with clients and tenants Complete repairs & maintenance management Routine Inspections Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals NO weekends and NO accounts Flexible days and hours available Potential to go permanent! The Candidate: Previous experience in Property Management/ Leasing & Inspections Experience using Property Tree is a must A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License Strong attention to detail You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 Why Temp?
