Position Description Is As Follows
This is a full-time role that would suit a lawyer or para-legal with extensive conveyancing experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Manage transactions: Handle high-volume conveyancing transactions from the initial contract stage through to settlement ensuring all conditions and timelines are met.Strong knowledge: Must have strong knowledge of Queensland property law including comprehensive A-Z Queensland conveyancing, REIQ contracts, PEXA, and the Land Titles Office procedures.Software proficiency: Proficiency in PEXA is mandatory, with experience in other programs like Leap Legal Software, Realworks, DocuSign and SharePoint being preferred.Stakeholder management: Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for working with diverse groups. You will be interacting with our long-term clients.Mindset: A detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment is sought.
