Opal Healthcare's Graduate Nurse Program is designed to develop your clinical and leadership skills. You will be part of our scholarship program via the Opal Healthcare Academy, which qualifies you for a $5,000 payment upon program completion.
This 9-month program offers structured support and training, allowing you to develop specialised clinical skills in areas such as dementia care, palliative care, chronic disease management, and mental health. You will also enhance your leadership skills in a professional setting.

Key Requirements:
* You must have graduated from university within the last 2 years.
* You must have completed less than 12 months of paid practical experience as a Registered Nurse.

About the Role:
You will be expected to obtain a police clearance, undergo a pre-employment medical, and complete a personal NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) through your state government. Additional requirements may include attending a drug screen and completing psychometric testing.
