Interact IT and Interact Hosting (collectively the Interact Group) are Tasmanian-founded ICT services companies delivering integrated technology, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure solutions to public, private, and not-for-profit organisations.
As the Group transitions from a founder-led managed service provider to a board-governed, process-driven organisation, the Board seeks an experienced Non-Executive Director to provide independent oversight, constructive challenge, and strategic guidance.
The successful candidate will bring strong governance, commercial, and strategic capability, with experience stewarding organisational change and ensuring accountability through transformation.

Commercialisation & Pricing:
Assess and challenge growth models, pricing strategies, and recurring-revenue forecasts to ensure financial sustainability.
People & Culture:
Champion diversity, engagement, and leadership development that reinforce shared values and organisational resilience.
Succession & Governance Transition:
Support founder-to-CEO succession and embed governance maturity for stability and continuity.
Service Lifecycle Governance:
Oversee end-to-end service governance, ensuring offerings remain viable, client-centric, and strategically aligned.
Change & Management Leadership:
Provide stewardship through transformation, maintaining cultural alignment and leadership accountability.
Strategy & Purpose Oversight:
Challenge strategic choices to ensure alignment with purpose and long-term success.
Strategic Curiosity:
Ask incisive questions, test assumptions, and broaden debate while maintaining collective accountability.
Essential Conduct:
Candidate models respectful, open-minded conduct, encouraging constructive debate and collaboration.
Board or senior executive experience in ICT or technology-enabled service organisations
Highly regarded:
Qualifications in People, Change, and Culture.
AICD membership (MAICD/GAICD/FAICD).
