Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in shaping their overall experience. From arrival to departure, your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures
- Handle guest enquiries and phone calls efficiently and with genuine care
- Promote Accor’s loyalty program by highlighting perks and encouraging sign-ups
- Support occupancy and revenue goals through confident upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional, guest-focused service

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role
- Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
- A strong guest-focused mindset with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, quick-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
