About the role
Our Community Support Workers provide flexible care to our clients in their homes through a range of services, including
Providing personal care
Domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
Transportation & community access

Qualifications in Home & Community Care, Aged Care, Disabilities, Individual Support or equivalent.
This role requires the ability to work autonomously & in a team environment whilst delivering high-quality, wellness-focused care.
Experience working in aged care or community support work
Familiarity with in-home care

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current NSW Working with Children Check
A Current NSW Driver’s License
Insured Motor Vehicle
Current First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate

Community Gateway is not-for-profit provider of aged care and disability services in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Mid North Coast regions of NSW.
We have been operating for more than 35 years and have a close connection to the communities in which we work.
Our services include case/care management, in home care and supports, respite, cleaning, transport services, social programs, life skills development, clinical care and allied health therapies.
