KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and track shipments from suppliers going via multiple shipment methods such as sea and air, into UK, Europe and Australia.
Work closely with founders on stock order forecasting.
Work closely with accountant for order payments.
Create and update Purchase Orders and work closely with in house finance manager on order updates.
Liase with international shipping and customs departments & have a solid understanding of thep>
High level administration tasks working closely with founders and Head of ecommerce.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Experience & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
Experience in supply chain management, order forecasting and logistics.
Experience in retail/wholesale business models (beauty, fashion, or consumer goods sectors highly regarded).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification highly desirable).
Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of international customs procedures, and cross-border logistics (preferable).
Strong understanding of inventory management principles, demand planning, and supply chain optimization.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus experience essential), ERP/inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems.
Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to present complex information clearly.

LOCATION & WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our headquarters in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, Queensland. The role requires in-office presence to effectively manage operations, collaborate with the team, and oversee day-to-day activities.
