Business Development Manager QLD
As a key player in our client's QLD operations, you will drive business growth initiatives across the region.
* Develop and execute a strategic visit plan for the region.
* Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers.
* Forecast market potential within the region.
* Create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers.
* Bilaterally cultivate high-level relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience selling Industrial V Belt and Fluid power products. Exceptional listening skills are required to understand and meet customer needs and requirements. Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies is necessary. Proficiency in MS Office and business software, particularly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, is also crucial. Additionally, you should be able to grasp and communicate technical information about assigned product lines.
