We are also looking for talented Team Leaders to join our Bound concept store in Brisbane Airport as well.
Our Bound store is more than just a café, it's a place for travellers to pause, enjoy quality coffee and light meals, and feel refreshed on their journey.
Alongside the café, the store offers a diverse retail experience, from the latest good reads and news to travel essentials, tech accessories, and even local gins and spirits.
As Team Leader, you'll bring together your love of hospitality to create a space where customers can relax before they need to fly.
You'll help lead from the front, creating a welcoming space where great service and style set the tone.
With a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences, you'll help operations run smoothly and to the highest standard.
Help build strong connections with both the customer and the team to shape the culture of our exciting store

The Role
We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Full-Time Cafe Team Leaders to join our food & beverage team at Brisbane Airport.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach & motivate your team to deliver amazing customer experiences
Keep quality, speed & presentation on point — every cup counts
Manage daily operations, stock & compliance standards
Be well-groomed & professionally presented
Create a warm, welcoming vibe that keeps travellers coming back
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in cafés, hospitality, or food retail
RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong people skills & pride in presentation
Reliable transport & flexible availability for evening shifts
Eligibility for an Aviation Security ID (ASIC)
