Working within the emergency services sector you will work alongside a positive, supportive and close-knit team. The CFA offers excellent opportunity for growth and development. \*\*\_ Please note there are requirements on occasion for afterhours work and travel (vehicle provided).\_\*\* Key responsibilities of this varied role will involve: - Customer service both internally and externally. (Reception / telephones / front desk) - Provision of general administrative and office support. - Stores duties inclusive of stock management, lifting >15kg, receipting incoming goods, picking and packing outgoing items, labelling & tracking. - Preparation of documents that may include letters, memos, presentations, reports, minutes and briefing notes. - Minute taking, diary management and meeting coordination. - Providing support at meetings including, organising and scheduling, agenda preparation, venue and catering requirements. - Records administration. - Data entry, database and systems coordination. - Liaison with external suppliers to generate quotes etc. - Inputting and coordinating stores data using relevant CFA systems (S4HANA, RMS etc) and providing information from these where requested. - Accounts payable administration. - Liaison and communication with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders to ensure an effective service delivery. - Be prepared to participate in Incident Management support roles appropriate to experience and qualifications. This fantastic role that would suit an all-rounder who enjoys a variety of duties whilst providing exceptional customer service to the community. Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are important as are teamwork and commitment. \*\*About You\*\* You will be motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated administration experience, excellent attention to detail and\*\*\_ \_\*\*prior experience with stores duties would be an advantage. You will have experience interacting with people at all levels and be able to work with mínimal supervision in a proactive manner. Important to this role will be your computer skills and your written and verbal communications skills.
