Silverstone is looking to recruit a qualified and safety-focused NPI Electrician to join our mining clients team. This role will support electrical installation, testing, maintenance, and commissioning across a range of non-process facilities including accommodation villages, offices, workshops, site utilities, and services infrastructure.
The Role:
We require NPI/Camp electricians for ongoing 8/6 roles. You will be responsible for:
* Maintenance of all non-process infrastructure (UPS's, Fuel Farm's, VSD's ect.)
* Camp maintenance
* Installation of new buildings and equipment
* Assisting in fuel system maintenance as SME
* Scoping and planning of upcoming works
* Completing statutory testing across site
Requirements:
* Electrical Trade Certificate
* Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
* High-risk work licences (EWP, Working at Heights, etc.) are advantageous
* Current Drivers License
* Police Clearance
* Prior mining experience working on non-process infrastructure & camp maintenance.
* Familiarity with NPI infrastructure (village, water treatment, wastewater, fuel, pipelines etc.)
* Be able to pass Pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol screen
* Full Australian working rights
