Administrative and Clinical Operations Manager

This exciting opportunity requires a skilled and experienced professional to manage the daily operations of our practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front desk, providing leadership and support to the clinical team, and ensuring the smooth running of the practice.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
* Provide leadership and hands-on support to the clinical team
* Oversee the daily workflow within the practice
* Ensure staff scheduling is aligned with operational needs
* Troubleshoot issues that arise in real-time


Requirements:

* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a GP setting
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
* Positive, self-motivated attitude with a team-first mentality
