Job Opportunity: Field Officer
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Officer to support our Property Management team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine property inspections, attending open homes, managing prospective tenant flow, delivering keys and documentation, completing checklists, and assisting with maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough property inspections and produce clear, accurate reports
* Provide exceptional customer service at open homes and manage prospective tenant flow efficiently
* Deliver keys and documentation promptly and securely
* Complete pre-inspection and final inspection checklists to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
* Assist the Property Management team with maintenance coordination and general field duties across the area
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Agents' Representative Certificate
* Excellent communication and time-management skills
* The ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
* A positive attitude and genuine desire to support the team
* A current Australian driver's license
* Confidence using a smartphone/tablet for reports
