You’ll partner closely with Retail, Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver impactful risk strategies that support business growth. Driving stock accuracy and shrinkage reduction initiatives across your region Conducting compliance audits and delivering actionable insights Leading theft and fraud investigations, including liaising with police and external partners Analysing RFID data, stock movements and risk trends Delivering retail risk training to Store and Leadership teams Identifying vulnerabilities and implementing practical, preventative solutions WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE Own risk strategy across a multi-site retail portfolio Be highly visible in stores, driving real operational impact Partner with senior leaders and influence change Work for a global brand with a strong customer-first culture SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING Proven experience in retail risk, loss prevention or investigations Strong understanding of inventory management and shrinkage control Ability to analyse data and identify fraud or irregular activity Confidence working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders Experience in multi-site retail environments Strong communication and influencing skills Commercial, analytical and solutions-focused Hands-on and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment Naturally builds relationships and drives accountability Proactive with a strong sense of ownership Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving capability ADDITIONAL DETAILS Full-time opportunity This is a field-based role with some interstate travel required.
