The Role Overview
As an Assistant Community Manager, you will lead and support daily operations at our Hervey Bay community.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily community operations by ensuring resident wellbeing, responding to emergencies, and coordinating contractors.
* Assist with sales and occupancy by supporting new home installations, resident interviews, and promotional activities.
* Manage administration and compliance, including resident files and legislative adherence.
* Coordinate events from planning to execution and evaluation, fostering a vibrant community environment.
* Lead and support the team through coaching, rostering, recruitment, and promoting a safe work environment.
About You
* Hold a valid driver's licence and First Aid certificate.
* Have experience in a similar role with strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Be proactive, team-oriented, with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
* Be confident in managing building maintenance, responding to emergencies, and supporting resident wellbeing.
* Be comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and using cleaning or gardening equipment.
