**What you will do**:
- Respond to IT issues and tickets from internal users within Easygo.
- Providing technical assistance, including on-site deskside support, to all users within Easygo.
- Working with stakeholders across the business to escalate and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with maintaining IT equipment including networking and endpoint devices.
- Involved in user account creation, modification, and deletion, and other access control tasks.
- Support office infrastructure including meeting room systems and audio/visual equipment.
- Onboarding tasks including set up of workstations and desks for new starters.
- Offboarding tasks including collection & refreshing of corporate devices from departing members.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the IT Support Team Leader..
**What you'll bring**:
- Experience working in a service delivery team, assisting small to medium-scale organisations.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical people.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of current technology trends.
- Ability to work autonomously, and keeping adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Self-motivated with a customer-oriented "can-do" attitude, and calm disposition.
- Able to manage and prioritise work and multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work unsupervised.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
**Bonus points if**:
- Qualification or degree in IT, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of both Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Understanding of Powershell and Bash
- Exposure to the Atlassian Service Management platform, or Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in managing IT equipment, infrastructure and services.
- Knowledge of administering MDM's and a wide variety of SaaS platforms
- Proficient in cloud, computer hardware, and support, WiFi, and IT security.
- Experience handling IT responsibilities in the iGaming sector.
