What You'll Work On
As a Senior Application Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing and delivering high‐quality product enhancements across the full development lifecycle. This includes:
* Designing and building new features across front‐end, back‐end, APIs and databases.
* Collaborating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to requirement discussions.
* Participating in discovery and problem‐solving for complex product challenges.
* Ensuring clean, maintainable code with good documentation, logging, exception handling and testing practices.
* Supporting CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coaching team members and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
What They're Looking For
You're someone who doesn't just "code what's in the spec"—you think about why, ask questions, and care about how your work impacts the product and the customer.
Technical capabilities
* 5+ years of strong .NET experience (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET).
* Advanced SQL Server skills, including stored procedures.
* Exposure to Agile development and modern engineering practices.
* Experience or interest in Azure (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management).
* Solid understanding of APIs, testing, mocking frameworks, and logging tools.
* Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and front‐end frameworks (React desirable).
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitFlow and DevOps practices.
Nice to have
* Delphi experience or willingness to pick up legacy maintenance while it's phased out.
* Understanding of Terraform, Kubernetes or PowerShell.
