Office Assistant (Part-Time)

Hours: 80% FTE across 5 days (flexible start/finish times)
Salary: $65k- 70K (FTE)
We're partnering with an Australian-owned organisation that's been operating for over 40 years and is now a recognised market leader. They manufacture and distribute products globally and are offering a stable, permanent role for someone seeking long-term employment.
This position supports a small, down-to-earth team in a varied business/operational support role. You will need to be organised, comfortable on the phone, and happy to roll up your sleeves.
What you'll do
* Prepare paperwork for trucks
* General admin, including scanning and emailing
* Handle reception - incoming calls and visitors
* Manage courier bookings, mail, and deliveries
* Keep shared areas tidy, including the kitchen
* Set up meeting rooms for training and events
* Assist both office and warehouse teams as needed
What you bring
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Friendly, confident, and easy to work with
* Able to build rapport quickly
* Keen to learn and help wherever required
* Similar experience in a stand-alone business support role and/or strong customer service background
Requirements
* Able to work part-time across 5 days
* Driver's licence and own vehicle
You'll be part of a tight-knit team of three, reporting directly to the General Manager. They're an easygoing bunch who work well together - attitude matters.
