Plant Operator - Excavator & Front End Loader
Burleigh Heads, GOLD COAST: now looking for an experienced Excavator & Front Loader Operator.
EWS Recycling is a family-owned company that specialises in crushing and screening within the concrete recycling industry. Our business has a strong emphasis on the skilled development of our team through structured and on-the-job training. We pride ourselves in delivering excellent results on time every time, and in ensuring customer satisfaction whilst at all times respecting the environment.
We currently have a position available for an all-around plant operator (FEL, excavator, crusher and screener) who is a highly motivated and professionally minded individual. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate a focus on safety and experience in plant operations.
Responsibilities
Proficiently operate machinery
Follow company policies and procedures
Complete pre-starts and basic maintenance of machinery
Record and report any issues or incidents
Complete all required safety documentation before commencing works
Any other operation and basic maintenance tasks, as required.
Requirements:
Experienced in crushing and screening operations
Loader and excavator experience
Physically fit, able to work in a variety of locations and a range of weather conditions
Positive organizational skills
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload to ensure smooth running of operations
Able to follow directions and work effectively in a team workplace
Be able to diagnose issues and provide solutions
Qualifications:
Experienced in crushing operations
