Key Responsibilities

 * Process the fortnightly payroll for 500 employees;
 * Complete payroll reconciliation and respond to payroll queries with a high level of customer service;
 * Assist with the continual improvement of payroll procedures;
 * Prepare ad-hoc reports and financial information with a high degree of accuracy;
 * Keep abreast of legislative requirements and provide general administration support as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

 * Payroll experience with a proven understanding of payroll related legislation;
 * Enterprise Agreement interpretation and application;
 * Intermediate to advanced Excel and data management skills;
 * Demonstrated ability to analyse existing processes to identify and implement process improvements;
 * Effective time management, organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders;
 * High attention to detail with strong professional verbal and written skills;
 * Prior experience in an Aged Care or for-purpose sector.
