What We're Looking For
* A Heart for Kids: You thrive in creating safe, inclusive, and enriching spaces where children feel valued, heard, and supported.
* Experience & Qualifications: Whether you're a seasoned pro or just completed your studies, if you're passionate, we want to hear from you! A relevant qualification (Diploma or Level3 or equivalent) is essential. Qualifications include a Diploma, CertIII orIV in: Education, Care and Disability; Behavioural & Social Sciences; Community Services; Health; Allied Health; Sport & Recreation; Creative Arts. * A Creative Spark: You have fresh ideas for fun activities and creative experiences that will engage and challenge young learners.
* Team Player: Collaboration is key! You're eager to work with a team of like‐minded professionals to create a positive and supportive environment for both children and colleagues.
* A Positive Role Model: You lead by example, showing kindness, patience, and a genuine care for the children and the community.
Your Day Will Include
* Creating exciting and engaging activities that support the development of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.
* Supporting children's individual needs and encouraging their confidence and independence.
* Building strong relationships with children and their families to ensure everyone feels connected and supported.
* Maintaining a safe and clean environment, ensuring that the highest standards of care are met.
