Our Port Beach and Point Walter venues are built around sunshine, fresh air and the relaxed energy of Perth's coastline. We're looking for a confident, hands-on Supervisor who thrives outdoors and brings warmth, leadership and positive energy to every shift.

About You
You're someone who:
* Has experience in customer-facing or supervisory roles (wellness, service or hospitality ideal)
* Brings natural warmth, confidence and strong communication
* Loves working outdoors and thrives in a coastal environment
* Is calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve
* Takes ownership, shows initiative and leads with care
* Supports team members and builds strong relationships with regulars
* Maintains a high standard of professionalism and venue upkeep

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and supporting the FOH team during shifts
* Greeting guests and delivering exceptional customer service
* Managing check-ins, queries and day-to-day operations
* Overseeing cleanliness, safety and venue presentation
* Providing guidance on sauna & ice bath usage
* Resolving onsite issues and supporting member needs
* Supporting retail sales and merchandise
* Collaborating on community events and activations
* Acting as the eyes and ears of the venue, communicating insights and feedback to management
* Completing monthly projects and following direction from Operations
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
