About the Role
As the NDIS Service Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of NDIS service agreements and contracts, supporting staff, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and compliantly.
This role is suited for someone with excellent administrative skills, strong NDIS knowledge, and a genuine passion for supporting positive outcomes for people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, manage, and update individualised NDIS service agreements.
* Liaise with clients, families, support coordinators, and plan managers to clarify needs.
* Ensure all services comply with NDIS Practice Standards, funding rules, and contracts.
* Maintain accurate client records and budgets within internal systems.
* Track client funding allocations and provide budget utilisation reports.
* Coordinate service bookings and ensure staff rosters align with client needs.
* Manage contract renewals, variations, and exits.
* Prepare compliance and safeguarding reports for regulatory bodies.
* Assist management with policy development and continuous improvement.
* Provide administrative support for SIL, community access, and respite services.
* Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams to avoid service disruptions.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in NDIS administration, contract management, or service coordination.
* Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks, compliance obligations, and funding models.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and external stakeholders.
* High level of attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
* Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Community Services, or Management desirable but not essential.
