The company aims to find an HR Generalist to connect with the business and coordinate end-to-end HR programs and processes aligned to our policies and standards.
The position involves managing recruitment and onboarding processes, supporting hiring managers, providing sound advice on company policies, National Employment Standards, awards, certified agreement conditions, and contributing to people programs including performance planning and reviews.
* Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end Recruitment: Managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
* HR Program Coordination: Coordinating HR programs and processes that are aligned with the company's policies and standards.
* Advice and Support: Providing sound advice on company policies, National Employment Standards, awards, certified agreement conditions, and supporting hiring managers in effective recruitment and selection.
* Performance Planning: Contributing to performance planning and reviews, as well as contributing to operational goals and HR/IR activities as reasonably required.
