About the Role

This is a key position within our Youth Program team, responsible for delivering high-quality services and providing guidance and leadership to team members.
\
The Team Leader will work closely with the Youth Program Manager to develop and implement programs, manage day-to-day operations, and drive performance and KPIs. They will oversee internal group programs, facilitate supervision, and support the induction of new staff/students.
\
This is a part-time role of 24 hours a week on a fixed-term contract. The role requires travel across the broader region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide guidance and leadership to the Youth team.
\
2. Support with administrative tasks, preparing invoices, and conducting business development activities.
\
3. Oversee program delivery, managing referrals, attendance, and program expenditure.
\
4. Adhere to contractual guidelines, maintaining case notes and participant files.
\
5. Ensure accurate administration within reasonable timeframes.
\
6. Provide reports and information to management and other relevant parties.
\
7. Deliver positive, professional interactions with stakeholders in line with organisational values, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
\

8. A minimum Certificate IV in Youth Work or equivalent qualification.
\
9. Demonstrated experience in a management or leadership role.
\
10. A full and unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
