Product Sales Professional
We are seeking a skilled Product Sales Professional to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role for someone who can demonstrate strong skills in industrial product sales, client engagement, and end-to-end sales cycle management.
1. Main Responsibilities:
2. Identify and engage potential residential and commercial clients through research, referrals, and industry leads
3. Maintain strong product knowledge of DABSCO's offerings as well as competitor products
4. Conduct site visits and customer consultations to understand project needs and recommend suitable solutions
5. Prepare and present quotes, negotiate terms, and finalise sales agreements
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products
7. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
9. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through excellent post-sale service
10. Monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and report to sales management for strategic planning
11. Ensure accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and expense reports
Requirements:
* Hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an Australian Bachelor's degree or higher, plus at least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) relevant work experience
* Alternatively, at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Valid NT Driver's Licence
* Self-motivated, with a strong customer service focus
