Your Duties:
* Actioning emails and answering phones
* Processing customer orders
* Accurate data entry into a variety of systems including SAP and Excel
* Providing general administrative support
About you:
* Experience in logistics and/or transport industry
* Experience using SAP and Excel
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
