Culinary Professional Sought for Defence Base Position
We are seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our team on a defence base in Tasmania. As a Site Chef, you will play a key role in providing high-quality nutritious meals to workers.
As a member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and food safety compliance, and assisting with menu preparation, stock control, and kitchen operations.
Key qualifications include a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert IV), previous experience in bulk catering or remote/industrial sites, a strong work ethic, and good time management and adaptability under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide police clearance.

Responsibilities:
