About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, handling transactions, offering local insights, and ensuring a friction-free stay. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will help guests feel at home, whether they are traveling for business or leisure.
What We Need From You
* At least 1 year of experience in Front Office or Guest Services roles
* Qualifications in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
* Experience with Opera Property Management System is highly regarded
* Proficient in reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills
* Excellent communication skills; warm, articulate, and approachable
* Fluent in the local language; additional languages are a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
* Professional appearance and good personal grooming
* Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 23 kg
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and support team efforts
* Flexible to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Legal right to work in Australia
