Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Product and Design teams to turn business requirements into intuitive, production-grade web and mobile apps.
* Design, build, and maintain applications across Web (React/TypeScript) and Android (Kotlin/Java), delivering features to millions of global users.
* Work closely with backend engineers to design scalable APIs and ensure seamless integration with high-performance systems.
* Contribute to frameworks and reusable components (React, Jetpack, MVVM, Material Design), setting standards for future development.
* Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, backed by strong code reviews, automated tests, and performance profiling.
* Apply AI-powered development tools (intelligent code generation, automated debugging, performance tuning, test case generation) to increase speed, reduce defects, and push engineering quality higher.
* Debug and solve complex technical issues, optimize performance across devices and platforms, and deliver smooth, high-quality user experiences.
* Document design decisions, architecture choices, and development processes to support collaboration and scalability.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
* Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience in React; exposure to modern tooling like Tailwind, Rspack is a plus.
* Familiar with Android development (Kotlin/Java), Android Studio, and core components (Activities, Fragments); knowledge of Jetpack/MVVM preferred.
* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals; experience integrating with REST APIs/Retrofit is highly valued.
* Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.
* Practical exposure to AI-assisted development workflows (coding assistants, automated debugging, intelligent test case creation, performance analysis).
* Passion for cutting-edge technology, eager to explore how AI can be applied to large-scale engineering challenges.
* Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, international engineering environment.
