Job Title: Operational Support Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a site administrator/scheduler. This key role supports the C&I team, assisting in delivering exceptional service to our customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Operations Supervisor by entering data for invoicing and reporting
* Debrief drivers at the end of their shift
* Process runsheets
* Raise purchase orders in SAP
* Perform general administrative tasks including scanning and filing paperwork
* Monitor driver fatigue
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
* Reliability and willingness to learn
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
