About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruit, train, and inspire your team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
* Organize regular training sessions and professional development opportunities to help staff grow and develop their skills.
* Manage staff schedules to ensure seamless service delivery during peak periods.

Financial Management:

* Oversee financial planning and budgeting, driving optimal efficiency and financial performance.
* Manage inventory effectively, minimizing wastage and securing the best deals.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure top-quality and cost-effective procurement.

Customer Relations & Quality Control:

* Engage with guests, gather feedback, and ensure every visit is a superior experience.
* Maintain high standards across all aspects of the venue, from excellent cuisine to impeccable service and ambiance.
* Regularly review operational procedures to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Event Coordination:

* Collaborate with events crew to manage catering and special events.
* Ensure events are flawlessly executed, exceeding client expectations.
* Develop event-specific operational plans to meet specific needs and exceed client satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:

* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
* Continuously seek ways to enhance venue efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

* Diploma qualification or equivalent experience.
* At least 2 years in a relevant managerial role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in financial management and budget control.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
* Problem-solving prowess and conflict resolution skills.
* Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

* Has experience in financial management and budget control.
