About Us

Suolow Holdings Pty Ltd is a family-owned company that has been operating as an AVISFranchise since 1986 and a Budget Licensee since 2012. With a team of over 30 people, we service customers throughout South East of NSW and ACT operating in 10 locations across the region.

What you'll be doing

We are looking for enthusiastic and service focused individuals with the ability to support in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

As a Rental Service Agent (RSA), you will be supporting our branches within the Western Plain region, acting as the first point of contact for our customers offering stress free end to end solutions for their rental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Having conversations with customers face to face and over the phone to understand their needs and offer great end to end solutions;
* Providing customers with detailed information regarding their rental agreement, insurance, guidelines and procedures;
* Using multiple computer systems, cash handling, balancing and performing administrative activities;
* Managing vehicle quality assurance inspections, including vehicle operational checks, reporting damages or issues and vehicle detailing;
* Working with a team to achieve daily goals and business objectives
* Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

You will have a 'can do' attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers and fellow team members. You will have previous experience in leading customer service team members and a history of being able to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately, offering products and services to ensure they have a stress-free car rental experience.

You're also:

* A proactive problem solver, with strong attention to detail
* Tech savvy and can work effortlessly across multiple IT platforms and tasks simultaneously
* Rotating hours between 8:00 - 6pm, with occasional shifts to 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and from 8:30 - 4:00pm Saturday and Sunday
* From time-to-time travel maybe required to assist surrounding branches.
* Clean drivers license (MR desired but not necessary)
