As a subject‐matter expert, you will provide strategic and operational advice, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high‐quality technical services while maintaining strong operational excellence.

* Demonstrated experience in overseeing a successful technical service, programme or facility, with a focus on operational excellence.
* Highly‐developed planning and organisational skills, with experience establishing priorities, implementing improvements and meeting deadlines.
* Demonstrated relationship‐management skills, including the ability to interact with, negotiate with and gain co‐operation from internal and external stakeholders.
* Designing complex equipment (e.g. corrosion under pressure) to carry out specialist tests.
* Expertise in performing mechanical testing with advanced equipment (e.g. high‐temperature low‐cycle fatigue tests monitored via Digital Image Correlation).
