The Opportunity
Are you a tech savvy Translations Project Coordinator with Marketing experience? Oncall Language Services is looking for a dynamic and motivated Translations Project Coordinator and Digital Marketing Officer to join our South Melbourne team. This full-time, ongoing role offers a rewarding career path where you will:
* Create, update, and manage translation projects from initiation through to delivery, following established workflows and client-specific guidelines
* Assign, brief, and support linguists throughout each project, maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring capacity aligns with demand
* Facilitate clear communication and feedback between all stakeholders—including clients, reviewers, translators, and account managers—to ensure smooth delivery and quick issue resolution
* Take ownership of client outcomes and work towards seamless resolution, maintaining strong relationships
* Maintain style guides, terminology rules, and process documentation within TMS environments
* Perform basic typesetting, InDesign processing and post-translation formatting to deliver polished final outputs
* Implement marketing strategies for translation and interpreting services
* Managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email marketing)
* Analysing campaign performance to optimise strategies
* Representing the company at networking events and industry functions
What we're looking for

* Experience in translation project coordination within the language industry
* Strong proficiency in translation and localisation technology
* Demonstrated experience in marketing
* Understanding of SEO and digital marketing analytics
* Experience with CRM platforms
* Understanding of Automation workflows and no-code platforms like n8n.io and Apollo.io
* Working knowledge of various AI models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity)
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
* Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
