We are partnering with a highly successful, nationwide supplier of essential commercial and domestic products to find their next superstar Customer Service Representative.

This is a professional, corporate office-based customer service role. It is not a high-volume call centre environment, nor is it a face-to-face retail position.

The Opportunity

Temp-to-Perm

Location: Auburn, NSW (On-site in the office 5 days a week)

The Package: $35/hour ($70k equivalent) + Super + Bonuses + Quarterly Vouchers!

What you'll be doing day-to-day

Working within a focused corporate office team, you will:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email with a friendly, professional manner
• Process product orders, quotes, and general account requests efficiently using internal office systems.
• Provide accurate information regarding an extensive product catalogue and delivery services.

What we're looking for

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a dedicated office customer service or administration environment (Essential).
• Skills: Strong professional communication skills (both written and verbal) and a knack for problem-solving.
• Attitude: Reliable, proactive, and genuinely customer-focused.
