As a Parts Interpreter, you will:
- Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees
- Prepare and order parts
- Present exceptional merchandising standards
- Perform inventory control / stock take
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience of Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail or similar environment
- Maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic
- Excellent customer service and professional presentation
- Intermediate MS Office skills with the ability to become proficient in parts interpretation software
This role requires specific certifications or licenses; we’ll request them later in the recruitment process.
