About The Role
* Updating and maintaining of employee records
* New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
* Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
* Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
* Award interpretation
* Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
About You
* 2+ years experience in payroll
* Experience in a high volume environment
* Experience using a large system (eg. SAP, Chris21/iChris, Aurion, etc.)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Full and unlimited Australian working rights
