Overview of role: We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused People & Capability Business Partner to join our People & Capability team.

Working closely with and supporting a Senior People & Capability Business Partner, you'll contribute to a broad range of HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, development programs, and day-to-day HR support across the business.
You'll also have the chance to get involved in cross-organisational projects that align with our broader People & Capability strategy.
What you'll be doing Supporting the Senior People & Capability Business Partner in delivering P&C services across the organisation.
Providing hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
Assisting with employee relations, policy interpretation, and supporting leaders with advice on HR matters.
Coordinating employee engagement activities and learning initiatives.
Managing HR systems and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
What we're looking for A degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience in a generalist HR role.
Strong communication skills and a focus on providing excellent internal customer service.
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive or confidential matters.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g.
ELMO or Aurion) is desirable.

Learn more in the position description Salary The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021 Band 3, $74,200- $90,097 plus super salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
