We are dedicated to setting standards, professional training, assessment and accreditation, and advocating access to quality care in both professions to create healthier communities.The College's values underpin our ethos and culture, to act with integrity and respect, holding ourselves accountable and leading the way with innovative practices.As an organisation we are committed to providing a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment that promotes the wellbeing and ongoing development of our people.We are seeking a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator, reporting to our Marketing & Campaigns Manager, on an ongoing basis.In this role, you will be responsible for:Create engaging social media content (posts, stories, videos) for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.Assist with social media scheduling and execution of the content calendar.Repurpose campaign content into shareable formats for various audiences.Support community engagement and digital audience growth through social media.Update and maintain website content using the CMS, ensuring SEO, accessibility, and alignment with campaigns.Upload and format blog posts, announcements, landing pages, and videos.Assist with enhancing website UX and content flow in collaboration with the digital team.Design visual assets for emails, social media, web, presentations, and print materials.Edit video content including adding subtitles, branding, and music.Support email campaign creation and deployment using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing.Assist with building audience segments, workflows, and triggers for targeted email campaigns. Desired Skills and Experience Desired Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:2-4 years of experience in a marketing content production or digital content support role.Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar tools).Basic video editing and captioning skills using industry-standard software.Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Sitefinity, WordPress or similar).Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and visual storytelling.Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and accessibility standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing or a similar email automation platform.Ability to prioritise and deliver multiple pieces of content across different formats and platforms.A proactive, collaborative team player with strong communication and organisation skills.
