Key Responsibilities:
* Reception Duties: Greet clients face-to-face, via phone, and email; manage appointment bookings; provide information about services.
* Client Management: Maintain client records and confidentiality; assist with client intake forms and documentation.
* Practice Administration: Manage diary scheduling for clinicians using online practice management software; handle cancellations and re-scheduling.
* Billing and Payments: Process client payments, issue invoices, receive receipts.
