Job Role Summary:
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring business operations run efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and coordinate different teams within each neighbourhood
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers via phone, email, and in person
* Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries effectively
* Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood is a key responsibility
* Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested
* Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
The Neighbourhood Administration/Scheduling Officer works closely with various teams to deliver high-quality services to our community.
Requirements:
* Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential
* Previous experience in rostering/scheduling is highly regarded
* Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise workload
* Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
* Confidence with smartphone and digital devices or willingness to learn
