Job Description
Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
Support the accounting and finance team with administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
Formal qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong experience with Australian Payroll tax.
Experience in accounts reconciliation and financial reporting.
Knowledge of payroll processes.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
