We're supporting a discreet, greenfield business optimisation initiative and are seeking professionals across UX, Business Analysis, Change and Communications. Roles may be singular or blended, depending on experience. This work focuses on shaping future-state business and service outcomes in a secure environment.
We're interested in speaking with cleared professionals who bring strength in one or more of the following areas:
User Experience / Service Design
* User research, discovery, and usability testing
* User journeys, service blueprints, personas, and experience design
* Translating user insights into practical, implementable outcomes
Business Analysis / Process Optimisation
* Current-state and future-state analysis
* Business process improvement and optimisation
* Capability mapping, operating model inputs, and requirements definition
* Evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making
Change / Adoption / Communication
* Change impact assessment and readiness activities
* Supporting behavioural and process change
* Stakeholder engagement and communication
* Enabling adoption through structured change approaches
You may be a deep specialist in one discipline, or a true hybrid across multiple — both profiles are valued.
The project involves:
* Shaping and defining future-state business and service models
* Working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and pain points
* Designing pragmatic solutions that balance user needs, business outcomes, and delivery realities
* Supporting leadership through clear analysis, insight, and recommendations
* Contributing to a program at an early stage, hands on with genuine influence
