About the role
The Junior Contracts Administrator will support residential construction projects by assisting with estimating, tendering, and contract management.
Responsibilities include:
1. Creating tender submissions and project-specific letters of offer.
2. Issuing and managing subcontracts and purchase orders.
3. Issuing progress claims and managing project budgets and variations.
4. Liaising with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Skills and experience
* Some experience in Contract Administration preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and construction knowledge.
* High attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Experience with Jonas Premier software or similar.
* Degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or equivalent, or trade qualification (advantageous but not required).
