You will identify upsell opportunities, enhance onsite experiences, and encourage guests to book preview package tours. Responsibilities include explaining presentation details, verifying eligibility, offering complimentary gifts, answering property-related questions, and ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

* Promote Marriott Vacation Club's brand image by promoting preview package tours and explaining presentations.
* Verifying guest eligibility, offering complimentary gifts, answering property-related questions, and ensuring timely, professional communication.
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences by actively listening, responding to questions, and resolving service needs with speed and professionalism. Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members to ensure every interaction shines.
